Grievance Cell

Oasis Academy Guwahati has a dedicated platform committed to addressing concerns and ensuring a harmonious environment for all stakeholders. Our Grievance Cell aims to provide a fair and impartial mechanism for addressing various issues encountered by students, staff, or any other members of our school community.

Objectives:

  • The Grievance Cell serves the purpose of maintaining a respectful and inclusive atmosphere within the institution. It is committed to:
  • Addressing grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal issues.
  • Ensuring transparency and fairness in resolving complaints or disputes.
  • Upholding the values of justice and equality for all members of the school community.

InCharge:

The Grievance Cell is overseen by two dedicated individuals:

  1. Mr. Letkhongam Haokip: With a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach, Mr. Haokip diligently handles grievances and works towards amicable resolutions.
  2. Md. Rebecca: Bringing understanding and empathy to the role, Md. Rebecca is committed to ensuring that every concern is heard and addressed effectively.

How it works:

Upon receiving a complaint, the Grievance Cell will initiate an unbiased inquiry to understand the issue thoroughly. The complaint will be treated confidentially, and appropriate steps will be taken to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
