ADMISSION PROCEDURES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2023 – 2024

  1. Admission Form – Procedures and Rules

1.1 Admission Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school office or email to school mailing address (OasisAcademy@oasisindia.org) before the end of the period.

1.2 Incomplete of illegible Admission Forms, without photographs will not be processed/accepted.

1.3 Mere issuing of form and Admission form does not guarantee admission, which is subject to the availability of seats and other procedures.

1.4 Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by municipal Corporation or concerned civil authority must be attached with the Admission form for class Nursery & Photocopy of Report Card of the last exam passed must be attached with the Admission form for classes 1 & above. If the results have not been declared, admission will be subject to submission of the document after the results and till such time admission granted will be provisional.

1.5 Age for admission to class Nursery is 3 years in the academic session in which admission is taken. Age should be properly specified on the forms.

  1. Admission Procedure

2.1. Candidates whose names are included in the list must pay the fee by the dates indicated on the list, otherwise admission will automatically stand cancelled.

2.2 Parents are requested to carefully fill and submit the Admission Form, Hostel requirements form at the time of payments.

2.3 The date of birth of the child is required to be supported by the Birth Certificate in original issued by the Municipal Corporation. Local body as applicable, along with a certified photostat copy thereof. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in place of Birth Certificate.

2.4 The child will be granted a student’s Identity card only after all forms are duly filled and the admission formalities are completed.

2.5 Your ward must report in School Uniform, along with Books and Stationery as prescribed by the school.

  1. Refund of Fees

3.1 Fees once paid is NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason whatsoever.

  1. Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Application for withdrawal is to be made a prescribed proforma available in the school office. No child can be withdrawn till a written request from parents is put up. A one-month notice or one-month fee is required for withdrawal.

4.2 Clearance must be obtained from the various departments before applying for withdrawal.

4.3 Transfer certificate will be issued after one week of the receipt of the application and clearance of all dues.

  1. Right of alteration/Modification

5.1 The Management reserves the right to modify, alter, or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the institution, without any prior notice.

  1. Medical Facility

6.1 The school has a well-equipped Medical Room to deal with any emergency.

6.2 The school provides facilities for First Aid only.

6.3 The school cannot be held responsible for injury suffered by a child. No reimbursement of charges would be made towards any medical treatment.

  1. Procedure for Fee Payment

7.1 Fees are charged quarterly for every student.

7.2 Fee is payable at the school office between 09:00 am to 02:00 pm.

  1. Disclaimer: All the above terms & conditions are subject to amendment from time to time as per the decision of the school management. The decision of the school management shall be final on all matters pertaining to the admission process and matters of the school.
  1. Important Information:

9.1 No certificates are to be submitted along with any form unless specified.

9.2 This form is only for Registration for Admission.

9.3 Kindly attach the Report card of last exam passed for Admission to class 1 and above.

9.4 Kindly keep a photocopy of all the forms for your record.
